These are really easy and super delicious. I used the left over of last nights homemade sticky toffee pudding and made it into crumbs. We mixed a desertspoon of toffee sauce with some soft cheese, again about a desertspoon full. We then rolled them into balls and put it in the fridge. Melt some white chocolate, cover the balls in the chocolate then put them back in the fridge until set. Yum!
